Heatable containers
Heatable IBCs with efficient insulation

Heating up media or materials in stainless steel containers or keeping them at the correct temperature is best achieved using high-quality, customized heatable containers obtained directly from the manufacturers. They have a heating capacity of up to 120°C. The containers have the best possible insulation, thus guaranteeing both economic and ecological benefits. Depending on the contents, stirring devices, level gauges and other application-specific accessories can be incorporated. We’ll be happy to advise you on your individual heated container solution.

What is the highest temperature the container can be heated up to?

Maximum heating capacity is 120 °C at 2,000 W.

How is the temperature set?

Each container has a display on which all relevant parameters can be set.

What is the container’s insulation made of?

Just like the container interior, the IBC insulation is made of stainless steel. The insulation effect is achieved by filling perlite into the cavity between the container interior and the outer shell. 

Can a stirring device be integrated into the heatable container?
