Reusable IBC for aseptic applications

Aseptic stainless steel containers guarantee maximum hygiene for sensitive applications in the food, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals sectors and are available in volumes of 500 to 1000 litres. These IBCs can be steam sterilized. They are also vacuum resistant, easy to clean and are characterised by their outstandingly long service life.

Heating and cooling jackets can be incorporated as optional extras, as well as stirring devices. Special volumes of 250 – 500 litres available on request.

Is the Aseptic Container also available as a heatable or cooling container?

On request, a cooling or heating shell can be supplied with the Aseptic Container.

Is it possible to measure the content level in the Aseptik Container?

By means of a data logger, the content level and other parameters such as location, temperature or pressure can be measured in every IBC. You find out more from our VIZUU business unit at www.vizuu.io.

What funnel slope angles are possible for the SLC?

The Aseptic Container has a funnel slope angle of 30° or 45°. For products with a high viscosity, we recommend a funnel angle of 45° to ensure your SLC is emptied with optimum efficiency. What valves can be used for the Aseptic Container’s outlet?

The standard outlet valve used for the Aseptic Container is a DN 50 or DN 80 disc valve.
